Q. I just ordered (_____) but got (____) instead. What happened?

Please make sure that you check your cart before you order! Here's how to make sure you ordered the right thing:

  1.  Go to to your Cart.
  2. Look at the product you ordered.
  3. Look to the right of that product under "Options". Make sure what is listed under "Options" is what you want!
  4. If it is not what you want, remove it from your cart and select the correct option. (Note: If there is no options to chose from, that means we're out of stock on the other options and your purchase will default to what we have in stock.)
  5. If you have what you want, go ahead and purchase it!


What if you already checked out and you want to re-check your order? No problem!
  1.  Go to Paypal.com and log in.
  2. Click on the transaction to Dango Dewdrop/Jaxie Corp.
  3. Now look at your order. There will be the "Item" section that says what you ordered and then to the right of that there's an "Option" section. Make sure that the option listed is what you want. If it is not, please contact us as soon as you check. Hopefully you'll get to us before we ship out your order.

Q. Where is my confirmation/tracking email?

The email that we keep in contact with is the email that you have your Paypal is attached to. Make sure to check your Paypal-linked email before contacting us.

Also check your Spam folder if possible. Sometimes our emails get filtered into the spam filter.

Q. Can you refund me in full/partially?

We apologize, but we usually do not issue refunds.

We refund in full or partially if:

  • Unintended duplicate orders are made and we are notified via email 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Multiple orders are made out to the same address within a 24 hour period. We must be notified via email 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Unintended item(s) are purchased and we are notified via email 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • Unintended shipping method is chosen/purchased and we are notifed via email 24 hours after the order is placed.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You contact us for any of the reasons above after 24 hours after purchase or after we've mailed your order.
  • Your order is lost or delayed by USPS or the shipping company of choice.

Please send us an email at [email protected] and give us the details of your situation whether it was listed here or not so that we may discuss how to proceed.

Q. Will you EVER reorder Limited Edition charms?

It is very unlikely that we will reorder Limited Edition charms. That's why they're 'limited edition'!

If we have an event or holiday, we may reorder CERTAIN limited edition charms. But we will only order them in small quantities (ie 25 pieces).

Q. How long will it take to ship?

Regular US Orders please allow for 1-2 weeks for shipping.

Rush US Orders please allow for 1-2 business days. 

International Orders please allow for 3-4 weeks for shipping.

Rush International Orders please allow for 3-5 business days.

Q. Will you reorder if you run out?

Very likely! If we don't plan on reordering we'll make sure to tell you guys!

If we say we're not sure if we're going to order more and you guys still want them, tell us. Riot and force us. Customer satisfaction goddamnit! 

If there are Limited Editions charms, however, we may not reorder them. 

Q. How quickly/often do you check/reply to emails?

We check our email multiple times a day and reply as quickly as possible. We should reply to your email within 48 hours or less.

Q. Can I replace (item x) with (item y)?

If the items are of equal value and are not sold as a set, then yes! If you notify us 24 hours after placing your order we will be more than happy to adjust your order.


We only take pre-orders on certain items. If an item is out of stock and there is no listed option for a pre-order then we are not currently taking pre-orders on that item.

Q. Will you make more, new Gentlemon?

Maybe! If you want to know about our new, work-in-progress, or other Gentlemon-related news:

  • Watch or visit Pluffers or Nyte on DA.
  • Sign up to be on our emailing list where we send out monthly newsletters about all our new products. Just email [email protected] and request to be on our mailing list!
  • Check our front page where we update our news!

We also like to hear your requests! If you got any, tell us via email or through a Form on the site or on our forum!

Q. Are you guys the REAL artists of Gentlemon?

Yes. We didn't rip off this art by any means. We originally sold these charms at Kawaii-Kon 2011 and then posted the image(s) on DA where other sites caught wind of it.

If anyone claims to be the creator of Gentlemon that isn't Pluffers or Nyte please inform us! We don't mind if our image floats around Facebook, Tumblr, Reddit, etc. as long as one of us is given due credit.

Q. I just saw Gentlemon being used for [insert place here]. Is that you guys?

We do not allow others to use our designs (Gentlemon and anything else here). If you see our designs being used on shirts, hats, or even as charms and being sold on a different site, please report them and inform us.
